We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products. If your product arrives damaged or has a defect in materials or workmanship, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We’ll make it right with an exchange or replacement.

Scent preferences are personal. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds based on scent preference, including how a scent smells or how strong it seems.

Normal wear, misuse, and damage after purchase are not covered. Except where required by law, we offer exchanges or replacements rather than refunds.
